Confederation’s New Direction: At our October communication, the brethren present voted overwhelmingly in favour for the Lodge to “re-invent itself” and make some changes to aid the future Confederation Lodge, while at the same time, preserving the high standards that Confederation Lodge has always strived to attain. Some of the highlights are:

• Two-year term for officers
• Reduced number of meetings to 4 per year
• Other events to take the place of meetings
• Some events off-site, including outsider speakers
• High calibre education and edification
• Elevate the standards of meetings, meals, events
• Dues increase to allow lodge to operate without constant worry of declining membership
