Goldstream Masonic Lodge is situated at 679 Goldstream
Avenue in Langford, British Columbia. Goldstream Lodge
was Instituted on November 8th, 1954 and Constituted
on September 29th, 1955. Goldstream Lodge is numbered
161 on the registry of the Grand Lodge of British
Columbia and the Yukon and is represented to Grand
Lodge through District 21. There are approximately
160 members of Goldstream Lodge who work within the
Canadian Ritual.
The Lodge owns its' own building through the Hall
Association. Members have followed the Vision of the
Founders through the recent purchase of the adjoining
property and plan on the construction of a new building
on the same site. The Vision Statement reads: "To
exemplify our Founders' Vision for a Lodge at this
location by providing a landmark building that creates
a positive image within the community", and further
"To provide a facility that fulfills and enhances
the needs of the Masonic Family and preserves the
sanctity of the Lodge Room".
Goldstream Lodge members are active within the Masonic
Family and are contributors to the community. During
our second 50 years, the Lodge program includes encouraging
Masonic Growth in the Western Communities, replacing
the lodge building, and further supporting our special
relationship within the Masonic Family.
